Hell Inc. Allegiance Bot Guidelines and Regulations

Below is a list of Guidelines and Regulations set forth for the use of the Allegiance Bots.

These Guidelines and Regulations are to be read “Prior” to use of the Allegiance bots.

These Guidelines and Regulations are to be followed by all Members in the Allegiance.

These Guidelines and Regulations are for the Allegiance bots Cho Co, and Mansion Mule which are run by Dufur/Squal.

If privileges are revoked, you will be revoked on both bots.

Complaint Abuse:

Complaint Abuse is defined by the Allegiance as complaining about downtime on bots. There are many reasons for bots to be down. If there is a scheduled downtime, the information will be on the Allegiance Forums.

Unscheduled Downtimes, such as, Internet Connection Failure, Power Failure, Unexpected Disconnects from the Zone, or Software Aborting are considered Unscheduled Downtime.

If you are caught complaining about bots being down, your privilege to use the bots will be revoked. I try and keep the bots up as much as possible. But keeping them up 100% of the time is impossible to do. They will come up as soon as I can bring them up. Also, if the bots are down, I do not need a post on our forums to let me know. I will be more then aware of them being down when I walk in the room.

Hell Inc. Allegiance Buff Bots Guidelines and Regulations

Buff Bot Use:

The Allegiance Buff Bots are a privilege. Not a right. Just like your drivers license, this privilege can be revoked if certain Guidelines and Regulations are broke.

The amount of time of suspension will be decided on the severity of the abuse.

These bots have been placed at our mansion to assist you in your goals. They are not meant to be used as a leveling device. The difference will be stated here.

• Achieving Goals: A goal is a achievable mark you set forth for your playable character that you wish to achieve in order to advance yourself in the game, while interacting with other allegiance members, and wanting to be apart of the Allegiance Family.

Everyone has different goals, and set forth different achievements.

• Leveling Device: This is defined by the Allegiance as coming into our allegiance on the soul purpose we have a mansion, and buff bots. If your only reason for choosing Hell Inc. Was for the purpose of use of buff bots. Then this is not the Allegiance for you. We kindly ask that state your reasons to your patron, and find an Allegiance more suited for your needs. There are plenty out there to choose from.

If we at any time suspect a person to be using the bots as a leveling device (Yes, there are signs) they will be asked to find another allegiance to join.

Item Abuse:

Item abuse is defined by giving the bots items they do not need.

Here is a list of acceptable items to give the buff bots.
• Pyreals
• Trade Notes
• Platinum Scarabs
• Pyreal Scarabs
• Prismatic Tapers
• Singularity Keys

• Items you are not sure of. If you’re not sure, ask me or someone around you first.

Buff Abuse:

Buff Abuse is defined by the Allegiance as receiving buffs you do not need, or by receiving buffs and not doing any hunting/crafting/etc.

• Example #1: Getting buffed, then sitting at mansion doing nothing, then getting buffed again 15 minutes later when you decide to go hunting.

Please use your remaining 40+ minutes of buffs before asking for new buffs. This helps keep the line moving, along with lower cost of component expenditure.

• Example #2: Asking for Sword, Axe, Bow, Dagger, Unarmed, and other buffs when you’re a Mage (Or the other way around).

Only ask for buffs that you NEED. The bot is not a toy.

• Using the bot excessively without donation.

Buff Bots run off of 100% donations. If you use the bot excessively (Anything over 50 buffs a week) it is expected that you donate equal to your buff costs.

You should not expect to be buffed on others donations. If you are not sure of your current standing, please check the Weekly Buff Reports on the Forums.

If you are in violation of this rule, you will be given a warning for your excessive expenditures on the bot. If you are still using the bot excessively without donation by the end of the next report period, you will be revoked rights to the bots.

Weekly Donations are broken up into these Categories:

• 10% of Note and Pyreal Donations go to me for time spent in keeping bots up, stocked, and the equipment used in keeping said bots up.
• 1 Million Pyreals (or value in notes) is held for Mansion Upkeep costs.
• Remaining Notes and Monies go into component costs, and building up plat stock on the bot. Peas are figured into this as they are sold for money at the arch mage.
• Items such as Keys, Key Rings, and Salvage go to me. These are items you do not have to donate; they are more of an appreciation gift from you to me. You are not expected to give salvage, keys, bows, etc from the “Accepted” list to me. I use these for my own personal pleasures, or to help out others.

Hell Inc. Trade Bot Guidelines and Regulations

Mansion Mule is the Allegiance Pack Mule. This is a trade mule that all Allegiance Members may buy from at a 100% discounted Price. The items on it are donated to it for others to use.

Please take note, that like the buff bot, Mansion Mule is also a privilege to use, not a right. This privilege can be revoked.

Also, Mansion Mule is for upgrading your current state of items. Items that you NEED, not WANT. I cannot stress this enough.

Examples of this

• Taking Level VII Scrolls when you are unable to cast Level VII’s. When you can properly cast Level VII’s and would like to fill in gaps of your spells. Feel free to use the bot.
• Taking Items for the Soul Purpose of Selling or Salvaging them.
• Taking excessive amounts of items.
• Taking Items you cannot use, do not need, or otherwise have no need for. (Example: Being a Mage and Taking a Shield cause it looks cool)

Acceptable Items:

• Weapons with a Wield Requirement.
• Armor Above AL 170
• Scrolls
• Housing Purchase and Grief Items (IE: Writs and Items that are used in the purchase of Cottages, and Villa’s such as Swamp Stones, White Wasp Wings, Dillo Spines, etc)
• Level VI Jewelry
• Level VI Clothing
• Wands of +7% Mana Conversion or better
• Rare or hard to get housing decoration items
• Plants
• Shards
• Motes
• Trade Notes
• Quest Advancement Items (IE: Shendolain Keys)
• Salvage

Unacceptable Items:

• Anything that can be bought
• Scrolls Under Level VII (This goes with the Anything that can be bought)
• Armor under AL 170 (I feel these can be easily found at a lot of Capital City shops from other people selling in the shops.)
• Weapons with low attack values (I feel these can be easily found at a lot of Capital City shops from other people selling in the shops.)
• Wands with 6% or less Mana Conversion
• Unusable Salvage (Salvage that isn’t currently used in tinkering or imbuing)
• Healing Kits (Of any kind)
• Starter Clothing
• Starter Weapons
• Health, Mana, Stamina Elixirs/Draughts/Potions/Etc
• Any Jewelry Under Level VI
• Stamps
• Excessive amounts of the same Item (IE: If you see 4+ of something already, wait to see if any of it sells within the week)

Acceptance of Items on the bot may be turned off every other week to help get rid of inventory. (Remember there’s only so much space)

Anything that is not sold after a week of being turned off will be given a rating by me as keep or no keep. Things that are not kept will be sold at a vendor. Scrolls will always be kept as they come and go quickly. Money made from the sale of items will be used for Mansion Fund and Cho Co. (Note: Items are not always sold, as of this post none have been due to the movement of items during the closed weeks)

By using the bot you agree to follow the above stated Guidelines and Regulations. If you fail to adhere to these Guidelines and Regulations, you may be revoked your privileges.

If your privileges are revoked, you may appeal by making a public post on the Allegiance Forums on why you should be un-banned.

These Guidelines and Regulations may be changed at any time.
